Cloud v3.2.0 (BETA)
An update to our cloud software released to BETA on Wednesday, December 29th, 2021. It adds new functionality and fixes a variety of bugs.
Added
- Offline notifications for all devices
- Leak Detectors are considered offline if they have not communicated with the Valve Controller for 24 hours
- An offline Leak Detector can be caused by situations such as a depleted battery or poor connection to the Valve Controller
- Valve Controllers are considered offline if they have not communicated with the Guardian Cloud for 12 hours
- Note that "offline" refers only to the device's Cloud connection; the Guardian Water Leak Prevention system can still protect your property without an Internet connection (or wall power! check out the Battery Backup)
- Leak Detectors are considered offline if they have not communicated with the Valve Controller for 24 hours
Fixed
- Valve Controller not showing up in-app after provisioning until opened or closed
- Location status calculation after all Events are acknowledged
- Fixes the text displayed at the top when viewing the "dashboard" of your Location
- Unreliable real-time updates to device status
- Fixes the incorrect state shown in-app for Valve Controllers, i.e. when opening/closing a Valve Controller its status appears to "flicker" and may get stuck at "OPENING" or "CLOSING"
