An update to our cloud infrastructure was released to the public on Friday, July 22nd, 2022.

Fixed

  • Issues in event processing logic sometimes resulted in devices incorrectly marked as offline and/or lost event history
    • ex: a GLD1 left undisturbed (no leaks, no movement) throughout a sufficient number of consecutive heartbeat events
